The new crossover Honda Breeze set another sales recordMarch 15, 2020
The hype surrounding this Japanese SUV is not going to subside. Thanks to this, the model continues to be ahead of its eminent competitors.
On sale, the new Honda Breeze crossover appeared at the end of November 2019 and immediately interested buyers. According to statistics, in January-February, about 21,000 people made the choice in favor of this model. With this result, the crossover was able to leave behind its main rivals – Mitsubishi Outlander and KIA Sportage. In technical terms, the Honda Breeze repeats the current Honda CR-V. At the same time, these models differ markedly. So, the novelty gets the original grille, new bumpers, a modified hood, improved head optics and redesigned rear LED headlights.
In terms of size, Breeze is slightly larger than the “donor”: the length grows by 47 mm to the level of 4,634 mm, the width and height reach 1,585 and 1,679 mm, and the wheelbase is 2,661 mm.
Among the available engines appear one and a half liter turbo engine with a capacity of 193 hp and a 215-horsepower hybrid. The latter included a pair of electric motors and a two-liter aspirated. The turbocharged engine is combined with a 6MKPP or CVT, while the hybrid got a “robot”. The drive can be front or full. The new crossover is very richly equipped: a blind spot control system, adaptive cruise control with the function of driving in traffic jams and much more. In the Chinese car market, the most affordable Honda Breeze costs from 168,900 yuan
