The new coupe Ferrari Portofino noticed in the final testsNovember 9, 2019
Dense camouflage hid the novelty from prying eyes. However, the intrigue will not last long: the debut of the new Ferrari can be organized within a week.
The media published another batch of spy shots of the new Ferrari Portofino coupe. In terms of information content, “fresh” photos are not much different from the previous ones: the same ubiquitous camouflage, no tantalizing hints and additional body panels that distort real shapes. The only difference is that this time the new Ferrari was captured during the final tests. Also, these pictures are another confirmation that Ferrari is preparing a new model, the debut of which is not far off.
So, at a specialized forum “Ferrari Chat” several participants at once reported that the new product could debut next week – November 13 or 14. The venue of the presentation will be the capital of Italy, Rome. It is not yet known whether this will be an open presentation or a closed show for selected customers.
Under the hood, the Portofino coupe expects to see a motor from a Ferrari convertible: a 3.9-liter V8 twin-turbo engine with 600 hp. and 760 Nm of torque. The transmission is a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox. Over time, the new V6 Ferrari hybrid may also enter the motor gamut of the novelty.
