The new BMW M3 shown on the official videoJune 26, 2020
In addition to the video recording from the tests of new items, the video tells some details about the sports car, as well as the stages of its creation.
BMW shared the official video about the updated “charged” car BMW M3. The entry was posted on the automaker’s official YouTube channel. The BMW M-Series update is always received with great expectation, so the appearance of the M3 was no exception. At this stage, the active phase of the tests takes place in order to correctly configure the suspension and electronic control units.
It is expected that the debut will take place in a few months – perhaps BMW will have time before the end of 2020. Information about the engine range of the updated M3 is already ajar – the car will acquire a 3.0-liter power unit with a capacity of 480 hp. A modification of Competition will be equipped with an even more powerful 510-horsepower engine. But one of the main details of the exterior remains a mystery because of the dense camouflage – it is not yet clear whether the M3 will get large “nostrils” in front, like the older M4.
For the first time in history, the model will acquire an all-wheel drive modification. In this case, the four-wheel drive will be connected in manual mode, and by default, the power will be transmitted exclusively to the rear wheels.
Previously, information appeared on the new BMW 2-Series Active Tourer. The main novelty of the car will be the presence of an innovative curved display that combines a dashboard and an infotainment complex.
