There are new details about updating the plug-in hybrid version of the representative sedan BMW 745e iPerformance for the 2019 model year. Its new hybrid power plant will have a total power of 390 horsepower. Novelty can get a new index – 745e. According to the BMW Blog, the updated version will be equipped with a two-liter four-cylinder engine TwinPower Turbo, an upgraded electric motor and new, higher-capacity batteries. The power of the powerplant will rise from 322 (740e xDrive iPerformance) to almost 400 horsepower. It is also necessary to increase the reserve of power on one electric train, which previously was 22 kilometers.
