The new BMW 3 Series will receive a diesel M-versionJanuary 24, 2018
In the family of the next generation sedan, a charged diesel model will appear.
Bavarian sedan of the new generation BMW 3 Series regularly falls into the objectives of the photo spyware, which indicates the full-scale road tests of the novelty. And on the roads and racing tracks notice different versions of the 3rd series, including the top version of the M3.
It is assumed that the new 3 Series will enter the market in 2019. One of the first high-performance versions will be a rear-wheel drive M340i M Performance with a three-liter inrow bi-turbo 4-cylinder capacity of 360 hp. But, like the older 5 Series, gasoline engines will not stop there.
Soon after the M340i, the all-wheel-drive M340d xDrive M Performance joins the lineup with a 320-horsepower 3.0 liter diesel with a capacity of about 320 hp, the British edition of Autocar reports. According to President of BMW Harald Krueger, the diesel will continue to play an important role in the 3 Series.
