The new BMW 1 Series will receive a salon from the 3 SeriesFebruary 15, 2019
The spy shots show that the interior of the next generation BMW 1-Series exactly copies the interior of another model of the Bavarian automaker.
BMW, which recently announced the transition of the model 1-series to the front-wheel drive platform, continues to experiment on the car, which give some disregard to him.
Today, spy photos of the salon BMW 1-series of the new generation were published. The design of the car dashboard has undergone significant changes when compared to the interior of the current version of the model. The only problem is that it is an exact copy of the interior of the new BMW 3 Series, from which the design of the instrument panel and center console, as well as the doors, does not differ even in the color scheme. The reluctance of developers to make the car more original is difficult to understand, except that it can be explained by saving time and money needed to create the interior.
Anyway, the new BMW of the 1st series will receive a high-quality ergonomic interior with a pleasant backlight and a large screen of the media system, Motor1 notes. Most likely, the company will no longer produce a model in a three-door body, since no such instances have been seen on the tests.
The premiere of the new generation of the BMW 1 Series will be held at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September this year.
