The network unveiled a new crossover Toyota Wildlander based on RAV4October 15, 2019
Toyota is going to present an analogue of the new RAV4 called Wildlander. On the eve, without waiting for the official premiere, the Ministry of Industry of China posted on its website the first official photos of the new items.
By the end of this year, Toyota promises to show the new Toyota Wildlander crossover, which has the same technical stuffing as the Toyota RAV4. But the appearance of these two cars is significantly different. So, Wildlander gets a new head optics, redesigned bumpers, a modified radiator grille, as well as taillights, which boast a spectacular shape. The length of the novelty reaches 4 600 mm, width – 1 855 mm, height – 1 680 mm, wheelbase – 2 690 mm.
The Toyota Wildlander engine range includes a two-liter 171-horsepower aspirated and a 222-horsepower hybrid. The latter includes a 2.5-liter gasoline engine and an electric engine. The manufacturer chose the CVT continuously variable variator for the transmission role, and the drive can be either front or full.
The list of available options has a rich set of active security systems. Among them are adaptive cruise control, automatic braking systems in front of an obstacle and lane control, as well as circular video cameras and much more, which makes a trip to a car more comfortable and safer.
