The network showed the upcoming sports car Knight Vision RSeptember 5, 2020
Knight International, which sells rare hypercars, has apparently decided to go into car manufacturing.
So, the company’s debut model will be a car called the Knight Vision R, which will combine the details of a classic race car of the 1960s and the high standards of the current time.
The car bears similarities to the AC / Shelby Cobra, but has a carbon fiber body and a state-of-the-art roll-over protection system. In addition, the car will receive a carbon fiber front splitter, front fenders with slots and air intakes above the wheels. Knight International also notes that the model will get a titanium exhaust system and carbon fiber wheels with ceramic brakes.
While there are no interior shots of the upcoming novelty, the company says the Vision R will receive carbon fiber Recaro sports seats and a modern multimedia system.
As for the power unit of the novelty, it will receive a 760-horsepower V8 5.2-liter supercharged engine that will rotate the front wheels, and two electric motors that drive the rear. The total capacity of the plant will be 1110 hp. The Vision R, in particular, will be equipped with a lithium-ion battery and a fully adjustable Ohlins suspension.
The circulation of the new model, which will cost between 500 and 600 thousand dollars, will be only 500 copies. At the same time, it is not known when mass production will start.
In addition, a $ 500,000 revived Volvo sports car was recently shown. It should be emphasized that the planned circulation of the unique sports car is not disclosed now.
