The network showed a flying machine SwitchbladeOctober 28, 2020
Samson Sky is working on a rather interesting transport, which is a cross between a motorcycle, a car and an airplane.
This vehicle is called the Switchblade, and was first shown as a concept in 2010. And after 10 years of work on the project, Samson Sky reported that the flying car was able to accelerate to 141 km / h, while on the ground, and not in the air. In this way, the company wanted to show that its development can pick up the same speed as many available hatchbacks.
At the same time, Samson Sky emphasizes the ability of the Switchblade to fly, which will reduce the time to cover the distance from point A to point B.
The company also shared some of the characteristics of the flying machine. So, it will be able to accelerate to a maximum of 201 km / h on the ground and up to 257 km / h in the air. In turn, the ability to fly the car will provide wings, which, according to the manufacturer, will open at the touch of a button.
Samson Sky also highlighted that Switchblade has reserved 1,313 people worldwide. And let’s hope that clients won’t have to wait another 10 years until the project is completed.
In addition, recently it became known that a flying car with a person on board was lifted into the air in Japan. It should be emphasized that the video with the recording of the demonstration flight of the flying car was shared by the SkyDrive portal.
