Well-known Top Gear show host Jack Ricks has posted a photo of a Ferrari Roma key. A flurry of negative criticism came up on Twitter, comparing the keychain with a cheap magnet and inexpensive trinket.

The key to the new sports coupe Ferrari Roma received a new design. As conceived by the designers, it should look simple and concise, but emphasize the “selectivity” of car owners. Judging by the photographs presented, the key is the size of a half palm. On the one hand there is a large brand logo with a yellow background, the other side is made of leather and has several buttons.

 As commentators on Twitter noted, “it is unlikely that anyone will boast of such a key in a bar.” In addition, people compared the new key with an inexpensive magnet for a refrigerator from a souvenir shop, a cheap Chinese lighter, and also with a cheap keychain.

 As for the car itself, there is not much criticism here. The design of the model looks modern, but in a classic coupe style. A 3.9-liter V8 turbo engine is installed under the hood, capable of developing up to 620 horsepower. Paired with him is a robotic transmission with eight steps. Acceleration to “hundreds” takes only 3.4 seconds, and the maximum speed is limited to 320 km / h.

The cost of the Ferrari Roma has not yet been announced, but it can be assumed that it will be slightly more expensive than Portofino and will be about $ 200,000. A public premiere may take place at the Los Angeles Auto Show in a few days.

Meanwhile, Ferrari unveiled the all-new 600-horsepower Roma. The model, in fact, is a redesigned Portofino roadster with its own design and a hardtop.
