April 23, 2020The Arcfox brand, owned by BAIC, has unveiled the mid-size α-T electric cross built on last year’s Arcfox ECF concept model.
Cross Arcfox α-T is the first-born IMC modular platform with an integrated Huawei MH5000 module that supports 5G and C-V2X standards. The chip provides the transfer of information from a standard station to the device at speeds of up to 2 gigabytes per second and up to 230 megabits in the opposite direction.
Cross recognizes gestures, voices, faces, emotions, and also has a fingerprint scanner. The autonomous control complex included in the equipment list includes 23 high-precision sensors and cameras that help you navigate in space, park yourself and recognize traffic signs.
The diagonal of the central 4K screen is 20.3 inches. There are premium acoustics that support QuantumLogic surround sound technology, and a panoramic roof area of 2.6 square meters. m
The novelty received 2 electric motors with a total capacity of 218 hp. and a torque of 360 Nm. A battery of 93.6 kW / h enables cross-country on a single charge to cover a distance of 635 km in the NEDC cycle.
Crossover production will be launched at the BAIC Zhenjiang Automobile Plant. Sales should start in August. Cross Arcfox α-T costs approximately 280 thousand yuan
