The network has published images of the new drift car Ken BlockMay 1, 2020
Ford Performance’s Twitter division on Friday, May 1, distributed the renderings of Ken Block’s new drift car.
The car is made in the style of Hoonicorn RTR with a capacity of 1419 hp, however, it is already developed on the basis of the Mustang coupe of the 3rd generation. In the name they beat the nickname of the car, which was produced from 1978 to 1993 – Fox-body Mustang.
The exterior of the Hoonifox was designed by the creator of the new Batmobile, Ash Thorpe, and co-founder of Hoonigan Brian Scotto. As Block noted, the main elements of 1980s sports cars have been preserved at Hoonifox.
While Hoonifox is available in the form of rendering images, however, it is quite possible to turn it into a new Hoonicorn. According to Western media, the coupe has got an all-wheel-drive racing system and a couple of engines to choose from, among which it is worth noting the presence of a supercharged V6 Ecoboost from the Ford GT, a 5-liter V8 or an internal combustion engine with a hybrid superstructure.
