The network has photos of Dacia DokkerMay 15, 2020
Photo spies presented a fresh pack of pictures of the model.
The prototype of the new Dacia Dokker was again caught during a road test under tight camouflage. A Romanian commercial novelty should arrive in the first half of 2021, but the coronavirus pandemic could change the timing of the appearance of the car. In spy photos, we can distinguish that the vehicle performs tests with a dynamometer to simulate a greater load.
The prototype seems to be attached to one of the smallest dynamometers, which are designed to maintain a constant pulling force from 1214 to 1798 pounds. According to the product specification, it becomes clear that the car is equipped with a wireless controller with a touchscreen that is connected to a laptop inside the model under test, and the operator is likely to monitor some data. Using this test, it is assumed that the company evaluates the behavior of the suspension, brakes and transmission under a certain load.
Perhaps the new Dokker will continue to be sold with a 1.5-liter Renault dCi module. A diesel variation of the model is also in demand in the European car market and it seems that such an aggregate will also appear in the engine compartment of the new Dokker.
