The network has appeared render off-road electric Tesla PickupDecember 1, 2018
After an all-electric Rivian R1T pick-up was shown at a passing motor show in Los Angeles, independent designers set to work. It would be strange if we did not see the preliminary image of the Tesla Pickup pickup.
The all-electric Tesla Semi truck became the basis for a new pickup truck, prepared for extreme off-road conditions. Unfortunately, the car still exists only in the imagination of independent designers. The render was prepared after the demonstration of the new Rivian R1T pickup at the LA Auto Show.
Of course, the demonstrated pickup is far from the option that we will see from the company itself. Although the public information about the real car is rather scant, the general director of Elon Musk said that he himself was awaiting the appearance of a real prototype. While it is known that the future electric pickup will receive a twin-engine layout, a rechargeable battery providing a power reserve of up to 800 km, as well as 240-volt sockets for powerful electrical equipment.
Earlier, Musk said that the pickup will be built after the “available” Model Y crossover. However, experts suggest that a preliminary image of the Tesla Pickup may be shown in the framework of the crossover debut already in March 2019.
Meanwhile, Tesla’s Fremont, Calif. Plant, which was owned by General Motors from 1962 to 1982, was able to reach another significant mark – 1,000 copies of Tesla Model 3 per day, in addition to the production of Model S and X.
