An independent artist presented his vision of what the Audi E-Tron premium electric hatchback would look like. The novelty is likely to be very similar in technical terms to the German electric car Volkswagen ID.3.

Yesterday we talked about the Spanish version of the Volkswagen ID.3 electric hatchback – we are talking about the SEAT El-Born. In some European markets, this car will go on sale later this year. Since the Spanish novelty will be in many respects similar specifically to the German Volkswagen ID.3, we suspect that other brands that are part of the German Volkswagen Group may also create electric vehicles based on ID.3. It is also worth noting that this hatchback was created on the basis of the MEB modular platform, which was created exclusively for electric vehicles. The prestigious German brand Audi could present a more luxurious version of the same ID.3 hatchback, and the new rendering is trying to show us what can come of it.

I must say that Volkswagen ID.3 already looks like an elegant hatchback, and this virtual drawing from independent designer Kleber Silva offers a slightly more upscale appearance for an analogue model from Audi.

The general shape and size of the electric car does not seem to have been changed, but in front is now the Audi branded hexagonal grille, which gives the compact car a more aggressive look. Below is a sculpted bumper with wide air holes, which are probably intended only for a visual effect, and not for a real purpose.

The back of the virtual news is simpler and has thin taillights, interconnected by an LED strip. Finally, there is a set of aerodynamic rims Audi E-Tron.

ID.3 is currently being produced at the Volkswagen factory in Zwickau, where the Spanish SEAT El-Born will also be assembled.

Not so long ago, we wrote that the Audi SQ7 and SQ8 crossovers received high-performance modifications. Audi is going to offer its customers in the US more powerful SQ7 and SQ8 with a gasoline-powered 500-horsepower V8 under the hood.
