In the races participated test pilots Porsche Lars Kern and Kevin Estre, who made two attempts. The latter managed to show the best time – 6 minutes and 56.4 seconds. The French rider admitted that the sensations were such, “as if driving a race car Porsche GT3 R”.
The updated Porsche 911 GT3 RS was introduced in March at the Geneva Motor Show. The Porsche 911 GT3 RS was completed with a modernized six-cylinder atmospheric unit, giving out 520 hp, which is 20 more than the engine of the predecessor. The engine is paired with a specially tuned seven-speed automatic transmission with two clutches.
Supercar is able to dial the first 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds – 0.1 seconds faster than its predecessor. The maximum speed of the coupe was 312 km per hour.
The fastest car on the “North Loop” company Porsche is the extreme 700-hp supercar GT2 RS, which last fall drove a 20.6-kilometer circle in 6 minutes 47.3 seconds.
