The most economical and long-range car on hydrogen in ChinaJune 28, 2019
The Obsidian hydrogen fuel model was developed by Grove.
Designers consider their offspring to be the best version of a car that combines the environmental safety of a car with electric power and a large margin over mileage. According to the developers of the car, it is able, after one refueling, which lasts 3 minutes, to travel 1000 km. When the engine is running, there is no harmful exhaust: only water vapor is released. For the first time, the Obsidian hatchback was shown at the Shanghai Motor Show, along with a Granite 4-door sports sedan.
The creators of hydrogen cars are confident in its complete safety. In the event of an emergency situation in Obsidian, a special system that removes fuel is triggered. According to the available information, the conveyor production is planned to be launched in 2020.
So far, in the world of cars, driving on hydrogen, are perceived with caution.
