The interior of the new Porsche Taycan first captured in the photoMay 13, 2019
Last week, we saw the all-electric Porsche Taycan sedan in a series of high-resolution spy shots. It is noteworthy that on the prototypes there was almost no camouflage film. Now we have the opportunity to look into the salon for the first time.
A couple of hours ago, photos of the interior of the Taycan model appeared on the automotive resources, I note that these are the very first pictures that give us an idea of what will be in the cabin of the long-awaited German novelty.
You can see that the interior of the first all-electric Porsche model is almost the same as that of the Mission E concept car introduced three years ago.
The similarity begins with the layout of the dashboard, which received a horizontal digital display. Moreover, the touch panel control center console was clearly completely transferred from the concept. The only difference is the choice of colors, which in the serial Taycan will become warmer, in contrast to the lighter theme of the concept of Mission E.
The passenger seat has several electric adjustments, which is quite expected from a luxury brand like Porsche. It is reported that the electric Taycan can also be purchased with the optional Sport Chrono package, which should improve the performance of an already powerful power plant, but this information has not yet been officially confirmed.
Sedan Porsche Taycan, which will be positioned as a car, and more specifically as an electric car, 2020 model year, will be officially launched in September of this year. According to the plans of the prestigious automaker, during the first year 20,000 units of this model will be produced.
