The interior of the new KIA Sonet was first shown in the photoApril 11, 2020
In the pictures, the GT Line version was highlighted. After the release, the novelty will become the most compact crossover in the KIA lineup.
On Saturday, April 11, Autocar India shared the first photos of the interior of the new KIA Sonet crossover. At first, the car will be available only in the car market of India, but then it can become global. The presentation of the model took place at the New Delhi Motor Show in early February of this year. In the photographs you can see the red stitching on the seats, which indicates the version of the GT Line.
The seat upholstery has a relief design. In the central part there is a large screen multimedia system, which is slightly raised above the center console – this design is used in all new KIA cars.
In general, the interior looks quite spacious, despite the modest dimensions of the car – its length will be about 4 meters, and the wheelbase is 2.5 meters.
In many ways, the KIA Sonet repeats the compact Hyundai Venue crossover, if we look at the technical side. Buyers will be able to choose from three power plants – a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated engine, a 1.0-liter turbo engine and a 1.5-liter diesel engine. The exact cost of the car will be known closer to the start of sales, however, the approximate price of the basic version is already known – 700 thousand rupees.
