Engineers American tuning studio Hennessey Performance measured the power of the car they upgraded on the dyno. 905 horsepower power, achieved at 6800 rpm, is transmitted to the rear wheels.

With 655 horsepower straight from the factory, the American sports coupe Chevrolet Corvette in the high-performance version ZR1 itself is one of the most powerful cars you can buy today. Anyone familiar with the Hennessey Performance tuning studio knows that there is not too much power for these guys.

This video shows a white ZR1, generating 905 hp. – the company’s engineers decided to drive the car off at the dynamometer.

The output figures are certainly impressive – the maximum power was reached at 6800 rpm. And of course, it is impossible not to note the unusual sound of the V8 engine.

I will note that in April of this year, the guys from the Hennessey studio produced a video on which the same car develops 715 hp. – it received the improved system of an admission of cold air and the modernized motor. The increase in power was 61 hp compared to a standard car.

The Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is the most powerful version of the famous American front-engined sports car. On July 18, the automaker is ready to present the next-generation Corvette, which, as we all know, has so far brought the engine to the middle of the car for the first time in the model’s history. There is information that Chevrolet will continue to offer Corvettes with a front engine, along with a model with a medium engine.
