Knaus Tabbert Company presented two camper based on Man TGE and Fiat Ducato
German company Knaus Tabbert presented two conceptual campers, built on the basis of Man TGE (Volkswagen Crafter) and Fiat Ducato. The peculiarity of the machines, called CUVision and CUVolution, respectively, is the aerodynamic body kit in the style of sports cars. Public debut of campers will take place at the end of the month at the Caravan Salon.
Painted in silver CUVision received a new bumper with a front spoiler, modified side skirts and 22-inch wheels. CUVolution, built on the basis of “Fiat”, looks more aggressive: the camper is equipped with a bumper with enlarged air intakes, a front splitter with wings and a rear wing. Previously, the Californian company Lexani Motorcars introduced an off-road camper based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van. The “house on wheels” was equipped with a full drive and 20-inch forged wheel disks of the company’s own design, as well as 33-inch “toothy” off-road tires.
In early August, Volkswagen introduced a “two-story” house on wheels called Grand California, which is built on the basis of the model Crafter. Inside the car there is a dining area with a table, a bathroom of one square meter, a toilet, a shower and a folding sink.
