The first video of the new generation of the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 SUV leaked on the WebApril 25, 2021
Spy shots of a whole batch of brand new Toyota LC 300s without camouflage were released the other day. Now the new SUV has been captured on video. The shooting was carried out near the parking lot of one of the brand’s car plants.
In the parking lot, there was a large batch of new Toyota Land Cruiser 300, which were not hidden under camouflage. We already know that with the change of generation, the legendary Japanese SUV has not changed much in terms of design.
From the pre-reform SUV, a novelty with an index of 300 can be distinguished by an enlarged grille, a new hood with embossed stampings, redesigned bumpers and new optics, which have become narrower in a modern manner. Thanks to spy shots, we know that the Land Cruiser 300’s cabin will have a different dashboard, where the central place is reserved for the color display.
The multimedia has been modernized, equipped with a large touchscreen, the steering wheel has become a three-spoke, and the engine can now be started using a special button equipped with a fingerprint scanner. With its help, the car quickly “recognizes” the driver and immediately turns on the settings he has chosen: the position of the seat, mirrors, climate control. The technical details are still kept secret.
According to experts, the new SUV will receive a 10-automatic transmission instead of the old six-speed automatic transmission.
The old 4.6-liter petrol engine will give way to a more modern hybrid. Also, a 415-horsepower 3.5-liter biturbo-six and a new 309-horsepower 3.3-liter diesel engine claim the role of engines for the novelty. The date of the debut of the novelty has not yet been announced. The fact that a naked SUV has become so often caught by photo spies indicates an imminent premiere.
