The first teaser of the new Mercedes-Benz Citan has appearedNovember 16, 2020
Mercedes-Benz has shared a teaser for the updated Citan.
Alas, the published image, apart from confirming the name of the light commercial vehicle, does not say anything. The German company notes that the novelty will debut in the second half of next year. In turn, a more comfortable version called the T-Class will appear a little later.
The new Citan will also get an electric variation, which is quite natural, given that the German concern’s LCV is based on the new Renault Kangoo. At the same time, Citan will have a design and safety level traditional for Mercedes-Benz.
Recall that the new Kangoo debuted just a few days ago with an electric version and a frameless side cargo door, but Citan will receive wide-opening sliding doors not only on the left, but also on the right side of the car and a low threshold, which will facilitate loading and unloading bulky items. Most likely, more detailed information about the new product will appear in the near future.
In addition, some time ago it was reported that the new Mercedes-Benz C-Class has completely lost its camouflage. It should be emphasized that the car of the German automobile manufacturer was captured during transportation.
