The first photos of the Wiesmann sports car with a BMW engine hit the netDecember 4, 2019
The car fell into the lenses of the cameras of spyware when it was transported on a tow truck. The car is hidden in a dense layer of camouflage, so it was not possible to consider the details.
On the eve of the photospies managed to take photos of the Wiesmann sports car. The car was spotted on a tow truck near Berlin, and most likely went on road tests. The whole body was covered with a very dense layer of camouflage, so it’s difficult to talk about the details. But now we can conclude that the car has retained a unique retro style, like its predecessors. The body features a long hood and a short rear with a spoiler on the trunk. It is already known that some body parts will be made of carbon fiber. It is expected that the car will receive the full name Wiesmann MF6. At the moment, he is known under the designation Project Gecko.
The main attention is focused on the power plant of the new car. The BMW engine will be used as the engine – we are talking about a 4.4-liter V8.
The power plant will be an impressive 625 hp. The engine will work in tandem with an automatic transmission of 8 steps. Such characteristics demonstrate excellent acceleration dynamics – the car picks up the first 100 km / h in 3.5 seconds. If everything goes according to plan, then the novelty should go on sale by the end of next year.
Recall that on December 2nd the debut of the new Jaguar F-Type took place. The sports car is equipped with a V8 engine with a return of 444 hp.
