Shooting break Bergmeister ADR 630 Shooting Grand has received a 1198-strong hybrid setup
The presentation of the first model of the revived Austro Daimler brand – the Shooting Break Bergmeister ADR 630 Shooting Grand was held at Villa d’Este as part of the Elegance Competition. This is a plug-in hybrid that travels 250 kilometers and can accelerate to a hundred in 2.5 seconds.
The design of the Autro Daimler Bergmeister ADR 630 Shooting Grand is based on the historical model of the same name, which was produced from 1931 to 1934. From the original car, the shooting break borrowed a very long hood and a roofline ascending from the windshield, contrasting with the descending window. The rest of the car is sufficiently restrained and minimalistic.
The Bergmeister ADR 630 Shooting Grand is built around an aluminum space frame. Mass of the car – 1650 kilograms. The hybrid propulsion system of the concept is called SERIPA – it consists of a six-cylinder engine and three electric motors, in total delivering 1198 horsepower and 1600 Nm of torque. From the spot to the 100 km/h, the shooting break accelerates in 2.5 seconds – like the Koenigsegg Agera RS.
Depending on the road conditions, the Bergmeister ADR 630 Shooting Grand powerplant switches between 30 driving profiles, but no details have been provided yet. The hybrid battery supports 150-kilowatt charging and allows you to travel up to 250 kilometers of the WLTP cycle without starting the engine. The total mileage is a thousand kilometers.
Other details about the shooting break, the creators promise to reveal in the near future. Probably, the car will release a limited edition. The price is unknown, but it can be very high due to the collection status of the car.
