The first images of the updated Peugeot 3008 appeared on the networkJuly 29, 2020
In the near future, the premiere of a new generation of the Peugeot 3008 crossover is expected.
Fundamental changes in the equipment of the novelty should not occur, but the cross will acquire a new design of the front end and a large display of the infotainment system. Debut images of the interior and exterior of the new model have appeared on the Internet.
The appearance of the novelty will be brought in line with the current design concept of the brand, in which, for example, the 208 and 2008 models have been developed. The Cross should be equipped with a new larger grille and vertical LED DRL “teeth”, which, in particular, will function as turn signals. The taillights will remain the same.
A display of a rectangular multimedia complex is expected in the cabin, which will significantly increase in size and acquire a different shape. The rest of the improvements are minor and cosmetic. According to assumptions, the new model will receive an extended set of auxiliary systems, but there are no details about this yet.
The engine line-up will barely change. As noted, the hybrid variation can be offered in two boost options: 222 and 296 hp. Other details should be released closer to the model’s debut, which is scheduled for the next six months.
In addition, it was recently noted that the Peugeot 308 hatchback has become available in a new variation of the Roadtrip Edition. According to the manufacturer’s representatives, the novelty is intended for travel. This modification is based on the Allure Pack.
