The first images of the Italian Fiat Strada 2021 pickup appearedApril 4, 2020
At the disposal of our publication was the so-called design file, which shows the Italian pickup truck Fiat Strada 2021 model year. The document shows several versions of the upcoming compact pickup for the Brazilian market.
A new generation of compact Fiat Strada pickup should be presented this year in the South American market. The novelty was supposed to go on sale in April this year in some regions of the continent. However, the automaker was forced to postpone its debut due to quarantine associated with the COVID-19 pandemic (coronavirus). Now a new application to the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), shows us the external design of the truck.
The registration document shows an Italian pickup in several different forms. There is a basic version with a black front bumper and steel wheels.
Another option has the same body color as the bumper, as well as aluminum wheels. In addition, there is an image of the TOP version of the novelty with LED headlights, additional trim along the bottom of the doors and an additional roof rack. Images do not give us the opportunity to look into the cabin or to see a pickup truck with a single cab.
The Strada will be available with a 1.4-liter engine with 87 horsepower and a 1.3-liter engine with 108 hp, which will connect to a five-speed manual gearbox. A variator will also be available, which will be connected to a turbocharged propulsion system with a volume of 1.3 or 1.0 liters.
It is not clear when the pickup will debut. This could very well happen in the second half of the year before this model enters the car dealerships.
