Honda has long announced the release of a whole line of electrified cars. According to the plans of the manufacturer, by 2025 more than half of the sales of cars of the brand in Europe will fall on models with this or that electrification, as well as on models with an alternative type of fuel (hydrogen). Now the press service and marketers continue to stir up interest in the upcoming new product.
Honda e will be the first serial electric car of the company, made based on the concept of Urban EV and the prototype e Prototype. As a basis, a completely new rear wheel drive platform will be used. Under the hood, an electromotor of still unnamed power and a battery will be installed, providing up to 200 km of track on a full charge. The system of fast charging will allow you to replenish up to 80% of the energy in 30 minutes.
Unfortunately, the company is not in a hurry to disclose technical and other details, but now Honda has collected more than 22,000 pre-orders.
