The first Aston Martin crossovers will be produced very soon.
July 25, 2019Build a serial crossover for the first time for the company will be held at the new plant in Wales.
Already in December of this year, the assembly of the DBX crossover will start, which the manufacturer will release for the first time in its entire history. At the moment, about two hundred jobs have been created at the enterprise intended to create crossovers. It is also planned to use the plant to work on Aston Martin electric cars and the expensive Lagonda brand.
Once on the global car market, the crossover will become a worthy competitor to Porsche Cayenne, Bentley Bentayga and other well-known models. In August of this year, the Contest of Elegance is announced in the USA, where the car will be presented and the first orders made.
There is information that the crossover will have a twin-turbo V8 engine of four liters with a capacity of about six hundred horsepower.
The forerunner of the crossover appeared four years ago in Switzerland. The product model will have four doors, and test versions of the crossover have already begun to travel to different parts of the world.
