The Dutch studio remodels the classic Porsche 911 in electric cars

The Dutch company Voitures Extravert redesigns the classic Porsche 911 into an electric car. Models Quintessenza SE and Quintessenza TE pass on one charge up to 400 kilometers and cost at least 300 thousand euros. Five cars planned for production this year have already been sold.

To create electric cars Voitures Extravert uses a chassis Carrera 3.2. The power plant uses an electric motor, the power of which is not disclosed, and a battery pack with a capacity of 60 kilowatt-hours. Up to 100 km/h electric sports car can accelerate in less than six seconds, and its maximum speed is 200 kilometers per hour.

All electric cars are equipped with a braking and energy recovery assistance system, ventilated brake discs and adjustable shock absorbers. In the description it is indicated that the machines are equipped with the best in class climatic installation, audio system and power steering. The distribution of weight along the axes is 50/50.

In October last year, Porsche introduced a prototype of the electric Cayman. Some developments presented on the prototype, in the future, the brand intends to use in the serial version of its first electric car – Mission E. Cayman e-volution can accelerate to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds. Power reserve – up to 200 kilometers.
