Premium Korean brand Genesis has announced prices for the new G80 sedan in the North American market. Information was released on Sunday, May 24th. In the North American market, the car will be available in two different versions – with a 2.5-liter and a 3.5-liter engine. The most affordable equipment will cost 47.7 thousand US dollars. For such a price, you can count on a car with rear-wheel drive and a 2.5-liter engine with a return of 304 hp. at 421 Nm of torque.
It is noteworthy that the main competitors of the Genesis in a similar configuration were much more expensive – the Mercedes-Benz E-Class at $ 6,350, and the BMW 5-Series 530i at $ 6,200. But the version with a powerful 3.5-liter Genesis G80 engine turned out even a little more expensive than that of competitors. This configuration includes an all-wheel drive system and a 380-horsepower engine with 530 Nm of torque. This modification is estimated at 62,250 dollars.
