The characteristics of the updated Hyundai i30 publishedFebruary 19, 2020
While Hyundai Motor first unveiled the new i30 ahead of its world premiere at the 2020 Geneva Motor Show, we have exclusive information on the new engine lineup, which includes the new 160-hp 160-liter Turbo GDi engine. which replaces 1.4 140 hp Also, the N-Performance model will receive 280 hp. and optional 8-speed wet DCT.
While the regular version and the N-Line will be on display at the Geneva Motor Show on March 3, Hyundai will send dealers the first regular i30 in June, and the N-line will appear in August.
The N Performance, Hathback & Fastback models will go to dealers in January 2021, so we can expect to see the Paris Motor Show in October, and it looks like it will only be available now with 280 hp. and a 6-speed manual gearbox and finally a new 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
It has many design enhancements, including redesigned bumpers and new LED headlights that give a stronger, sharper look and visual appeal. On the teaser images showing the N Line model, you can see some of the most significant new design features. It features an upgraded front bumper and a new radiator grille with an updated mesh pattern, demonstrating the wider appearance and sturdier stance of the new i30. These elements are complemented by new LED headlights and V-shaped integrated daytime running lights to create a more impressive first impression of the car.
Further design highlights of the new i30 will be visible when more images are released in the coming weeks. They include a new rear bumper, taillights and alloy wheels in 16-inch, 17-inch and 18-inch styles. The interior design has also been improved with a new digital instrument cluster and a large 10.25-inch display, among other updates.
With the new i30, Hyundai will release a version of the popular i30 Wagon N Line. This means that the company’s sporty trim level will be available on all i30 body styles for the first time. The new i30 will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2020. More information will be published shortly.
