The C6 generation Chevy Corvette sports coupe made a BatmobileMarch 19, 2020
An extravagant car built around the C6 generation Chevy Corvette is called Slash, and it was built by the same guy who created the Joker car for the movie Suicide Squad.
Believe it or not, but under all these three-dimensional panels is a sports coupe Chevrolet Corvette generation C6. The extravagant machine that Mike Vetter created was called Slash. If this name sounds familiar, it is because it is the person who creates the crazy cars for Hollywood. Thanks to his efforts, the Joker in the movie Suicide Squad ride a crazy purple supercar.
This particular car was not shown in any movie. It is currently sold on eBay for $ 89,000.
The project is based on the Chevrolet Corvette C6. The interior of the sports coupe received almost no changes, with the exception of improved seats and trim. Under the hood is a 6.2-liter LS3 V8 engine rated at 450 horsepower, which drives power to the rear wheels through an automatic transmission. The engineer upgraded the brakes and installed coil springs on all four wheels, and the V8 now creates a more diabolical crash – a more efficient exhaust system with side pipes has been installed.
But the most important changes in the car are visible from the outside – the fact that it is a “corvette” can only be understood on the roof. And so, the car looks like a real Batmobile. It is noteworthy that the car comes with a 12-month warranty on all body parts.
