The length of the Baojun RM-5 reaches 4,705 mm with a wheelbase of 2,750 mm, but the clearance of this model is 180 mm. CrossVen can now be purchased in China at a price of 78,800 yuan. In the future, the model will receive global status, while it will be produced under the Chevrolet logo. The developers awarded Baojun RM-5 with a stylish appearance with an expressive radiator grille in the spirit of the brand’s corporate identity, two-tier optics front and rear, as well as a spectacular protective body kit made of plastic.
A stylish two-spoke steering wheel, a digital dashboard and multimedia with a large touchscreen and voice control function appeared in the car interior.
Salon inexpensive news from General Motors and SAIC can be designed for five, six or seven seats. The top versions of CrossVen get a rich list of available options, including modern security systems. Among them – adaptive cruise control, all-round cameras, lane control assistant, etc. The Baojun RM-5 is powered by a single petrol “turbo four” 1.5 liter with a return of 147 horsepower. The motor works in conjunction with a 6-speed manual transmission or CVT. But the drive is a non-alternative front.
Recall, it became known earlier that General Motors wants to put 26-inch wheels on its cars. This will help them stand out from the competition.
