Immediately three awards received Infiniti concept car
At the Detroit Auto Show called the best cars of the exhibition. The winners were chosen by a special jury of EyesOn Design, which includes 30 of the most famous and respected representatives of the world of automotive design.
Most of all awards received prototype Infiniti QX Inspiration. He took first place in the nominations “Best Concept Car”, “Best Interior” and “Innovative use of colors and materials.” The concept is a precursor of a similar electric-powered serial model that should appear on the conveyor in a couple of years.
Last year, the Infiniti company also won awards for the best concept car at the Detroit Auto Show and the best interior. In 2018, the company presented a Q Inspiration prototype at the exhibition.
The Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500, the most powerful model in its history, was named the best serial car of the exhibition. It is equipped with a 5.2-liter compressor “eight” with a capacity of over 700 horsepower and a robotic gearbox with two clutches.
The prize for the “Best Lighting” received a conceptual Lexus LC convertible.
The car has 22-inch wheels, white leather interior and an atmospheric V8 engine. The Japanese manufacturer plans to launch the open car in a series, but it does not name the exact dates for the start of production.
