The anniversary of the Cadillac ATS-V and CTS-V will celebrate the limited edition Pedestal EditionOctober 25, 2018
In total, the company will produce 300 copies of the ATS-V coupe and CTS-B sedan.
In honor of the 15th anniversary of the V-Series, Cadillac presented the limited edition Pedestal Edition, which will include the charged ATS-V coupe and CTS-V sedan. Both cars will differ in exclusive execution of an exterior, Recaro sports seats and Brembo brake mechanisms. The total circulation of the Pedestal Edition series machines will be 300 copies. They will be available in the US, Canada and Middle East markets.
In addition to the standard equipment available for the Cadillac CTS-V, the Pedestal Edition sedan will receive a Bronze Sand Metallic bronze body color, darkened 19-inch wheels, and a set of carbon fiber aerodynamic elements. It will consist of a front splitter, ventilation grille on the hood, a diffuser and a rear spoiler. In addition, Cadillac CTS-V will be equipped with a three-zone climate control, telemetry complex with integrated Cosworth Toolbox software and an updated multimedia system.
Equipment coupe ATS-V will be similar to the sedan. With the exception of 18-inch wheels instead of 19-inch and the lack of telemetry. Also for the coupe is not offered a luxury package with three-zone climate control, heated rear seats and a digital interior mirror.
The technical stuffing of the Pedestal Edition series machines will remain unchanged. Cadillac ATS-V Pedestal Edition is equipped with a 3.6-liter twin-turbo V6 engine (470 hp and 603 Nm of torque), CTS-V – 6.2 V8 compressor (649 forces and 854 Nm of torque). From a place up to 60 miles per hour (97 kilometers per hour), the car accelerates in 3.8 and 3.7 seconds, respectively.
In 2019, the Cadillac will have the first all-wheel drive V-model. The CT6-V super-sedan will receive a 4.2-liter twin-turbo V8 engine from the Blackwing family (550 hp), a fully-controlled chassis and a limited-slip differential.
