Tesla Semi trucks en masse on the roadJune 29, 2020
The car is designed to deliver Tesla cars to customers.
Tesla is having delivery problems. The volume of orders for electric cars is growing, and delivery options are limited for various reasons, including in connection with the coronavirus pandemic that is raging in the United States.
The head of the company, Elon Musk, has already expressed gratitude to the logistics partners for making every possible effort to deliver the cars ordered by consumers on time, and apologized to the customers themselves due to delays.
The company is making efforts to use all possible means to ship the machines at the right time, and one of them is the Tesla Semi truck. One of the Twitter users managed to photograph Semi near the enterprise in Fremont (California, USA) – the truck is used as an auto transporter for the new Tesla cars.
This fact is interesting because Tesla self-driving Semi has not yet gone into mass production – it has been consistently pushed back, and according to the latest data, it will not be launched until next year. It seems that Tesla uses a prototype, and with a plus sign: it is possible to deliver goods, and at the same time run-in and identify possible flaws that will be removed in the production model.
