Elon Musk rides on a novelty in a restaurant on the roads of Los Angeles
The futuristic Tesla Cybertruck pickup truck drove onto public roads for the first time. At the same time, the prototype has slightly different headlights than on the demonstration model, which was shown at the presentation.
A pickup video appeared on Roberto Cruz’s YouTube channel. According to the author of the video, the CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk, was driving a pickup truck. Other netizens confirmed that the pickup prototype had indeed traveled on the road, noting that Musk had decided to ride a novelty in Nobu, California.
The most remarkable in the prototype – other headlights. If the presentation model had a thin LED strip instead, then this version has something more similar to traditional headlights on the sides of the strip.
Reddit users, in addition to the video with the pickup truck on the highway, posted a short video about how Elon Musk was knocking a cone at the entrance to the restaurant. Cybertruck presented the pickup on November 22. Information about the car is still scarce. Representatives of Tesla do not even disclose data about the engine, limiting themselves only to promises that the top version will accelerate to 100 kilometers per hour in less than 2.7 seconds.
At the same time, the company received a record number of pre-orders for Cybertruck in the first two days after the presentation. In just two days, there were 150 thousand who wanted to buy a pickup truck, and so far this figure has more than doubled.
