Tesla has already produced 70,000 electric cars Model 3August 20, 2018
As reported by Insideevs, from 5 to 18 August Tesla produced about 10,000 electric cars Model 3, the total number of cars produced in this model was already 70 009 units. Over the past week, 5,321 cars have left the assembly line, and although this is slightly less than in the previous weeks, experts are confident that Tesla will be able to produce at least 6,000 copies of Model 3 per week in the near future.
The third quarter of this year will end at the end of September, but now the company produced more cars than the results of the second quarter – 28 980 against 28 578. The company has already registered more than 30 000 VIN-numbers, which means that in autumn Tesla will mark the first solid anniversary – 100,000 copies of Model 3 produced.
By the way, last Friday for the workers of the Tesla plant in Fremont was organized a concert, which was made by Jack White – ex-frontman of The White Stripes.
