The network has another case documented on video that demonstrates the capabilities of Tesla autopilot which is striking evidence of undeniable usefulness of technology in general.

Tesla Model X Autopilot literally predicted an accident on the autobahn in the Netherlands, warning the driver of a possible collision of vehicles moving ahead. On the video recorded on DVR of electric car, seen as the autopilot allows the alarm begins to slow down, and a few seconds before an accident occurs.

On the video markedly as Collision Warning delivers a warning signal, and then the machine stops abruptly. It is interesting that the system signals the collision by seconds before the front car began to slow down. That is to plan a safe way, autopilot analyzed not only the car directly in front Tesla, but the path of behind car. Note that the car was going at a speed of over 110 km/h.

Clash helped avoid an updated version brand autopilot under serial number 8.0. As noted earlier, one of the major innovations in Tesla Autopilot 8.0 was greater emphasis on indicators and advanced mode of automatic emergency braking radar. Sensors show the signal from various surfaces and can bend around obstacles that look to where the driver can not see, including on a machine that goes ahead.

It remains to add that this time, fortunately, there were no casualties, although it looks pretty intimidating collision. At least, so says the user who posted the video accident in his Twitter.
