
Suzuki showed a restyled model Ignis
February 4, 2020 Suzuki Corporation has released an updated variation of the subcompact cross-country Ignis for the Japanese car market. Later, the new model will enter the Indian and European markets.
In Japan, the new Ignis has got a radiator grill with large slots – in the spirit of a restyled Jimny SUV. In addition to this change, the rear bumper of the car was touched.
The main innovation of the model was the release of the “all-terrain” variation of Ignis MF. Such a car has silver “protection” on bumpers, fog lights located higher than that of a simple model, roof rails and black plastic lining on wheel arches and sills.
In the interior, made a different finish, you can notice a new dashboard backing. For the variation of the Ignis MF, a special material is used for the luggage compartment floor and the back of the rear seats, due to which they can be easily washed.
At the same time, all versions of the updated Suzuki Ignis now have a dual front camera, which recognizes other cars and pedestrians for automatic braking, seat heating and the headlight-off delay function after stopping the power unit.
Technical equipment news for Japan remained the same. The machine is still equipped with a 1.2-liter gasoline engine Dualjet with a capacity of 91 hp, in conjunction with which the starter-generator operates.
