Suzuki S-Presso caused a stir in the first days of salesOctober 13, 2019
For the first 10 days from the moment of receiving applications for the crossover, more than 10 thousand applications have already been received.
The Japanese company Suzuki shared information about the start of accepting applications for the new S-Presso crossover. The car is in great demand – about a thousand pre-orders come to it every day. Such a stir was not expected in the Japanese company. This is partly due to the fact that the new cross is the most budget-friendly model lineup in the Indian car market. In addition to the small price, the car also has modest dimensions – its length is 3,665 mm, its width is 1,520 mm, and its height reaches 1,564 mm. The new SUV has a fairly large clearance – 180 mm.
The Suzuki S-Presso is driven by a 1.0 liter naturally aspirated engine. The return of such a power unit is 68 hp.
Although this is not much, the manufacturer claims a very low fuel consumption. Together with the power unit, both mechanics and a robotic gearbox are working. In all versions, only front-wheel drive is available. The car’s equipment is quite rich, especially considering its low cost – frontal airbags, ABS, Start / Stop Engine button, and a multimedia system with a touch screen are available to customers. The basic version of the new crossover costs 369 thousand rupees. The most expensive equipment will cost 491 thousand rupees.
