Sutton Bespoke Tuners Unveil London’s Most Luxurious TaxiOctober 7, 2020
Sutton VIP Class LEVC is based on the LEVC TX hybrid London cab. As a reminder, this London Electric Vehicle Company (LEVC) is owned by Geely.
The guys at Sutton Bespoke, the tuning arm of one of the luxury car dealerships, have made the LEVC hybrid cab even more elite.
Such a luxurious taxi is going to be produced in a limited edition. The interior of the Sutton VIP Class LEVC has been completely redesigned: the rear seats have been angled for greater comfort, and the interior is finished with leather, Alcantara and sandalwood inserts. Instead of a rubber covering, as on a serial car, the tuners have laid a high-quality carpet with a thick pile. The door paneling is decorated with handmade wooden veneer.
Also, the novelty gets a spectacular panoramic roof. In the cabin of the most luxurious taxi, there was even a place for a refrigerator and a Sony PS4 game console. A retractable screen is located between the driver and the passenger compartment.
But from the outside, the Sutton VIP Class LEVC looks almost the same as any other London black taxi. Among the main differences is an elegant two-tone livery (classic black and gray Ferrari “Grigio Silverstone”). The taxi sign on the roof has been preserved, and the inscription “TAXI” itself is going to be replaced with “VIP”.
The cost of new items starts from 129 thousand dollars (for business). Private clients will have to pay $ 154,770 for an elite taxi.
Earlier our portal talked about another project, which was based on an electric taxi from LEVC. The car unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show was named LX. Its alteration was carried out by the Lorinser tuning studio.
