Porsche has invested in spectacular advertising of the debut electric car

For the first time since 1997, Porsche has produced a commercial for the Super Bowl – the final match of the US National Football League, which covers an audience of over 100 million people. A short film called “The Chase” should emphasize the uniformity of the legendary Porsche models with the top version of the Taycan Turbo S.

The Hollywood blockbuster-style video chasing the stolen Taycan was attended by a racing Porsche 917 K, a hybrid hypercar 918 Spyder, the latest generation 911 GT2 RS and even a 218 Standard diesel tractor. Also in the video at the 45th second, the still not officially presented GT3 coupe in the back of 992 was lit.[IP]&ua=[UA]&domain=[DOMAIN]&page=[PAGE]&secure=[SECURE]&language=[BROWSER_LANGUAGE]&bidfloor=[BIDFLOOR]&gdpr_consent=[GDPR_CONSENT]

Klaus Zellmer, president of the Porsche North American branch, emphasized that all the sports cars that were involved in the shooting share the same values. For Porsche, Taycan sales in the US are very important, and the German manufacturer is willing to invest in demonstrating the uncompromising nature of the electric car and its Porsche DNA match.

The Super Bowl finals will take place on February 2 in Miami. A shortened sixty-second version of the Porsche video will be shown during the match.

There is still a whole week before the event, so other automakers will also join the creative race – for example, General Motors is expected to announce the resurgence of the Hummer brand during the Super Bowl.
