Supercar Aston Martin Valkyrie appeared on the roadMarch 18, 2020
Aston Martin Valkyrie has already been tested on the racetrack and now it was brought to the usual roads. Tests pass near the Silverstone track in British Northamptonshire.
The British brand Valkyrie was developed with the support of Red Bull Advanced Technologies and AF Racing. The supercar is equipped with a hybrid based on the V12 engine with a volume of 6.5 liters. No data on dynamic characteristics yet.
As noted earlier, the model will be released in a limited edition of 150 units, each of which will cost $ 4.5 million.
Moreover, initially the company planned to release an even smaller batch – 24 or 59 cars, but later it became known that demand is 5, or even 6 times higher than supply. As noted in the British brand, theoretically they could have collected 1000 pre-orders, but still did not increase production volumes.
Customers will have the opportunity to take advantage of the advanced program and order the AMR Track Performance Pack. The latter consists of titanium brakes, track suspension and magnesium alloy wheels. A contract for a year will be signed with each owner, which will prohibit him from reselling the car in the first year of ownership without coordinating it with the manufacturer.
