The company Subaru presented at the Geneva Motor Show conceptual station wagon Viziv Tourer. A novelty that can give an idea of the “charged” universal Impreza WRX the next generation, received a counterweight engine, four-wheel drive system and autopilot.
The overall length of the prototype was 4775 mm, width – 1930 mm, and height – 1435 mm. The size of the wheelbase is 2730 millimeters. The universal platform was based on SGP modular platform, on which the Japanese brand will build all subsequent models.
The distinctive features of the concept car were 20-inch alloy wheels, video cameras that replaced the traditional exterior mirrors, a sports diffuser and twin exhaust pipes. Instead of standard door handles – special panels that react to touch.
Specifications Viziv Tourer are not called. So far, only it is known that the prototype was completed with a supercharged engine, as well as an all-wheel drive.
On the prototype, the improved firm’s assistance system for the EyeSight driver was applied, the equipment of which includes two video cameras under the windshield, keeping track of the traffic situation. The car has the functions of unmanned control, details of which have not yet been provided.
