Subaru introduced a new version of the station wagon LevorgAugust 20, 2020
The main feature was the new power plant. The debut of the car on the market should take place in October this year.
Subaru presented the updated Levorg station wagon. All details about the new product, as well as official photos, were released on Thursday, August 20. The design of the car is made in the new Bolder style – its distinctive features are sharpness and contrast. The dimensions of the car have slightly increased and now amount to 4755x1795x1500 mm with a wheelbase of 2 670 mm. The trunk volume is 492 liters. But the ground clearance is only 145 mm.
The new Subaru Levorg received a 1.8-liter turbo engine that is capable of producing 177 hp. at 300 Nm of torque. A variator and an all-wheel drive system work in tandem with the engine. The interior of the car turned out to be very technological – already in the starting configuration, the station wagon relies on a digital dashboard with a diagonal of 12.3 inches. We also note the presence of an infotainment complex with a screen diagonal of 11.6 inches.
From the technical equipment, we note the new EyeSight system, which is responsible for lane control and emergency braking.
For a surcharge, buyers can count on Intelligent Cruise Control, which activates various modes based on location via GPS. In addition to the standard version, the STI Sport variation will also go on sale, which will receive improved shock absorbers, five driving modes, as well as special engine and variator settings.
Also, Subaru Levorg STI Sport will receive distinctive features in the exterior and interior. In the Japanese car market, pre-orders are already being accepted for the novelty, and a little later the car will reach Europe.
