Subaru announced a Levorg new generationSeptember 25, 2019
The Japanese corporation has announced the debut of the new generation Subaru Levorg at the Tokyo auto show. This is currently a concept car. It should be mentioned that the event will open on October 25th.
Judging by the widespread teaser, the new generation Levorg models will be made in an evolutionary style. The machine will retain traditional stampings in the area of the rear wheel arches and taillights located horizontally.
At the moment, there is no information about the technical stuffing of the station wagon of the new generation. Surely, the new product will be built on a modular platform SGP, which developed the latest models of the Japanese brand. Such an architecture will make it possible to significantly increase the rigidity of the body.
It should be noted that the debut of the first generation Subaru Levorg took place in 2014. Formally, the station wagon replaced the Legacy Touring Wagon in the brand family, while it became more compact.
The model has 1.6 and 2 liter turbo engines with a capacity of 170 and 300 hp. respectively. Lineartronic continuously variable transmission and all-wheel drive in all versions act as transmission.
