Startup Karma is preparing to introduce the first SC2 concept in Los AngelesNovember 8, 2019
The American company Karma Automotive is actively preparing for its entry into the serial electric car market. The SC2 sports coupe is preparing for its debut, which will receive “Seagull Wings.”
In anticipation of the opening of the Los Angeles Auto Show, Karma Automotive (an American startup of electric cars) announced its own participation in the event. This will be the first participation of the company in any major event, especially of international importance. The SC2 sports electric coupe is preparing for debut, which is a further stage in the development of the SC1 Vision electric show car. Also preparing for the debut is preparing a “charged” sedan Revero GTS.
Judging by the presented teaser images, the Karma SC2 will be built as a classic two-door coupe with a passenger cabin shifted to the stern. The hood will be very large, although there is no information about the power plant yet. A feature of the concept will also be lifting gull wing doors, body panels made of composite and carbon fiber, as well as rear-view cameras instead of side mirrors.
Karma Revero GTS, like its predecessor, will receive a hybrid system with a gasoline turbo engine as a generator. Power of electric motors, battery capacity, as well as dynamic characteristics have not yet been reported.
