The Korean SUV has once again been updated.
SsangYong has unveiled the updated Rexton SUV, which will be available in the global car market. The newest car differs from the South Korean version of the car in a slightly revised design, and an original emblem with wings has also appeared. In addition, the model has revised the line of engines.
So, in the front of the Rexton-2021 there is a wide octagonal grille, a modernized front bumper, which integrates smaller fog lights, and the taillights have a different “stuffing”. The overall dimensions of the model are 4850/1920/1825 mm, and the ground clearance reaches 224 mm.
Inside the SUV, we note more expensive trim materials, a virtual dashboard, a 9-inch multimedia touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, a new four-spoke steering wheel and a joystick instead of the traditional gearshift lever.
The engine lineup includes an upgraded 2.2-liter e-XDi turbo diesel with 202 hp. and 440 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Drive – full or front.
The list of equipment also includes adaptive cruise control, an automatic braking system, a car lane keeping system and a blind spot monitoring system. In addition, there is an electronic assistant for driving with a trailer.
